Through expressive interior/exterior landscapes and figuration I form narratives of personal myth. Inspired by literature, religious themes, mythology, and archetypal symbols, I use painting to parse the garden of my inner and outer world, unveiling a sense of numinous purpose in objects, scenes, and experiences we encounter in everyday life.
