Since childhood, Peroni has always navigated between the worlds of reality and dreams. Her artistic language and life have been shaped along this line. Today, she identifies as a craftswoman of words and images, an emerging painter, and poet. Her paintings exist in a space between two worlds: between figurative landscapes and abstract ones, and between words and images. Often, her paintings are accompanied by poems written during or after their creation. Deeply passionate about research, she works on various materials (such as paper and canvas) using ink, acrylics, pencils, and collages, depending on her goals. She views art as an unexplored territory where the eyes trace new paths. Her first poetry and artist book, De fumée et de fils, was published by Les éditions de l’Entrevers in 2024. Many of her poems, artist books, and paintings have been published in French publications focusing on images and poetry.
